How do I add a new user?
Adding a new user to your dashboard is straightforward.
In this video, we’ll guide you through each step, and you can also refer to the written instructions below for further assistance.
Adding a New User.
From your Visual Visitor Dashboard go to: Configuration - Users - Add New User.
Fill in all of the fields. Each field is required per-user.
Changing the Role will change permissions depending on the role chosen. Example: Only Admins have access to the Billing menu.
Your Time Zone is preset to Eastern Standard Time. Unless changed, each visitor will have a time stamp representing EST.
