As a Reseller - How do I create separate reports for my different customers?

As a Reseller, creating reports can be very important for your business so understanding this process is extremely important.  Fortunately, we have made it a simple and straightforward process for you. 

Inactive Customer Summary

  1. Go to your Dashboard
  2. Under the Reseller heading, go to Reseller Reports
  3. The first listed report is the Inactive Customer Summary
  4. Click Run Report
  5. Export Data to Excel

 

Customer Activity Report (Overview)

  1. Go to your Dashboard
  2. Under the Reseller heading, go to Reseller Reports
  3. The second listed report is the Customer Activity Report
  4. Choose your date range and click Run Report
  5. The data will be pulled up on the screen and/or you can click the button on the right side to Export to Excel

 

For the specific reports that customers will either run or have you run for them, you will need to do the following:

 

  1. Go to your Dashboard
  2. Under the Reseller heading, go to Customers - this will pull up your list of customers and potential customers using your Free Trial
  3. Click on the Login as Customer button (on the right of the red x button)
  4. Now you are on your customer's dashboard
  5. From here you can run the Search Leads Report, Visit Detail Report, Search Engine Report, Search Term Report, and Visit Raw Data Report
