Can we sort or select the records we want to buy?

The short answer is no, you can't pre-select records for purchase.
After you install Plus Person, it takes a few weeks to measure results. We estimate that 2 weeks, or 500 identified visitors, is enough to determine how well Plus Person will work for your business.

N.B. if someone returns to the site multiple times in one calendar month, you are only changed for a single look-up.
