I get alerts but when I reconcile it to the daily or monthly report, many companies are missing.


This is a setting in your personal profile.  Your personal profile default is set to 'Show me 25 companies'.

To adjust, go here: 

Login > Lead Handling > Send Daily Email Reports > Adjust the number of companies you would like in your report.

Or for the Weekly Report:

Login > Lead Handling > Send Weekly Email Reports > Adjust the number of companies you would like in your report.
