Connectwise Integration

Below are the instructions for setting up your Connectwise Integration:


1. Setup a Connectwise Integration User with permission to company, contacts, and activities. (see attached screenshot)


2. Login to Visual Visitor and select the user you wish to give permission to send leads to Connectwise


3. Edit the User and go to the CRM Settings -> select "ConnectWise"


4. Enter the URL of your Connectwise server up to the word "release". Such as the following:


URL: https://connectwise.yourcompany.com/v4_6_release


Security Token:


Username:


Password:


5. Save your user.


Now that this is complete, you will see a "CRM" icon on the "Prospect Information" that when clicked, will send the company information to Connectwise.
