Convert a Customer from Free Trial to Paid Account
When a client's 14-day free trial is ready to go live as a paid account, the reseller must complete a few steps in the dashboard to unlock the full identification budget.
To start:
Log in to your master reseller account and navigate to the client sub-account you want to convert.
1. Go to Reseller > Customers
2. Click the blue edit button next to the account you want to update.
3. Click on End Free Trial. Make Paid Account.
4. Select the Plan Type
Consumer Plan is B2C and +Employee is B2B5. Enter the allowed identified visitors
All reseller sub-accounts reset their identification budgets on the 1st of each month, regardless of when the sub-account was created. Plan for this when managing clients who converted mid-month - their first partial month may have a reduced effective identification window.
6. Click Update Customer.
Once you've clicked update, the system will register it as a Paid Account.
If a client needs more time to evaluate the platform before committing, contact Visual Visitor Support to request a trial extension. Extensions are available in special circumstances and require approval.
