  1. What is a Subdomain?
    A subdomain is an extension of your main domain that serves as a unique web address for specific content. For example, if your main website is yourdomain.com, you might use leads.yourdomain.com for your Visual Visitor white label. 

  2. Choosing a Name
    Select a subdomain name that reflects your services and branding. For example, for a White Label Visual Visitor account, you might use leads.yourdomain.com or portal.yourdomain.com.

  3. Activation Time
    After creation, your subdomain needs time to fully activate. This process, called DNS propagation, typically takes anywhere from a few hours to 48 hours.
