Does Visual Visitor Provide User Login or Activity Usage Reports?
Some account administrators want to know how frequently their team members log in to the Visual Visitor dashboard — for example, to identify who is actively using the tool or to measure ROI on seat licenses.
What Is Currently Available:
Visual Visitor does not currently provide a self-service user activity report that shows:
- Login timestamps per user.
- Duration of time spent in the dashboard per session.
- A historical log of all log-in events per user.

The support team can see when individual users have logged in, but this information is not exposed as a downloadable report within the platform at this time.
What You Can Monitor Instead
Because many users interact with Visual Visitor primarily through email alerts and integrations rather than direct dashboard logins, the following proxy metrics can indicate engagement:
- Email alert subscriptions: Users who have opted in to real-time, daily, or weekly email reports are receiving data even without logging in. You can review notification settings for each user under Configuration > Users.
- Webhook/connector activity: If your account pushes data to a CRM or marketing tool (e.g., HubSpot, Klaviyo), usage of those connected tools reflects indirect engagement with Visual Visitor data.
- API activity: API call logs on the integration side can show how often data is being pulled.
Requesting Login Data
If you need specific user login timestamps for an audit or internal review, contact
support@visualvisitor.com with the request. The team can manually look up recent login activity for individual accounts.
