For some reason, we are getting our customer's email alerts. What do I do?
It appears you have added 'your' code to your customer's website.
Here is how to correct:
- Login to your dashboard
- Go to "Resellers --> Customers"
- Login as Customer
Once logged in as customer:
- Go to "Configuration --> Installation"
- Copy the "Tracking Script" this is the code you want to install on your customer's website.
- Replace the code on your customer's website with the correct code.
Your customer should start receiving alerts.
