For some reason, we are getting our customer's email alerts. What do I do?

It appears you have added 'your' code to your customer's website.  

Here is how to correct:
  1. Login to your dashboard
  2. Go to "Resellers --> Customers"
  3. Login as Customer   

Once logged in as customer:

  1. Go to "Configuration --> Installation"
  2. Copy the "Tracking Script" this is the code you want to install on your customer's website.
  3. Replace the code on your customer's website with the correct code.  

Your customer should start receiving alerts.
