Four Components of Visual Visitor

Visual Visitor has four primary features: Who's Shopping, Who to Contact, Who's Interested, and Who's Opening.

Who's Shopping:


Our software collects buyer intent data. This data tells you which businesses are in the market for your products. 

How does it work? You submit keywords and our crawlers scour the web looking for companies that have engaged with these terms. In addition, you can share your competitors with us and we can search for companies that are interacting with them.



Who to Contact:


We offer a B2B contact database equipped with over 600 million contacts.

How does it work? You can apply different filters like industry, location, annual revenue to pull up targeted results. When you come across a company that seems like a good fit, you can click on their business name to pull up a list of contacts at this company. Our software uncovers cell phone numbers and direct lines in addition to company numbers.



Who's Interested:


Our software detects businesses that are visiting your website. Find out which pages they're viewing and how long they're spending on each page. 

How does it work? Your Visual Visitor dashboard gives you a snapshot of your latest visitors and website tracking data. To learn more about a specific visitor, click on their name. You can also find a more detailed list of visitors by clicking on the Leads tab.




Who's Opening:


The Who's Opening tool tells you which proposals, contracts, and newsletters are being opened and by whom. 

How does it work? By clicking on the Tag button, you can receive an email and desktop notification when a recipient clicks on your email. When you visit the Client Email page in your Visual Visitor account, you can find a breakdown of your email opens.
