Creating a First Party Gather Review Campaign 

• Navigate to the "Reviews --> Gather Reviews" menu item

• Select your Location from the drop-down and click on "Add Campaign"

• Select - 1st Party (Internal)

• Next, tell us how you will use your email to gather reviews
  • Email Only
    • HIgher chance of receiving a review
    • Most accepted by review sites
    • Less control
  • Email with Sentiment
    • More control of user flow
    • Less likely to receive reviews
    • Specialized landing page to handle less satisfied customers

• Email Only
  • Assign a Campaign Name
  • Paste in Widget URL (created in Landing Pages)

• Email With Sentiment
  • Select Email Sentiment Type
    • Stars
    • Hearts
    • Thumbs
    • Numbers
  • Select Action - How many for positive feedback? 
  • Select Landing Page for the following
    • Positive Feedback Only
    • All Other Feedback

• Next - Campaign Name
  • Assign a Campaign Name
  • Paste in Widget URL (created in Landing Pages)

• Configure Drip Email Sequence
  • Add Drip Email (you can add multiple emails in your sequence)

• Create New Drip Email
  • Name your email sequence

• Compose Email
  • Create an Email Subject
  • Insert a Replay Email 
  • Add Header Image
  • Fill in your Message Body

• Scheduling
  • Set how many days before sending this email
  • Schedule the time of day the email is sent 
  • Configure your Send Rules for this email in the drip sequence 
    • Send only if never opened
    • Send only if never clicked
    • Always Send

• Test your email
  • Input your email address to receive a preview of your email

• Once completed, click on "Save New Email"  
  • This will bring your back to the "Configure Drip Email Sequence" screen, here you can:
    • Add an additional drip email to your sequence - or 
    • Finish and Provision your campaign
