Geography Filtering Not Working

Geography Filtering Not Working

I set state filters for GA, FL, MA, and RI, yet I continue to receive leads from other states.  Did I configure something incorrectly?

Login to your dashboard > Lead Handling > Territory Rules > There are two tabs:  US Territory Assignment and International Assignments.

There is two possible issues here:
1)  The state filter requires the United States tab to be selected on the International tab.  Once you select the United States, the State filters will go into effect.

2)  Another possible reason could be - if you have multiple users set up - each user profile has its own attributes.  So you will need to set up filters for each user independently.
