How do I add contacts to my campaign?

After configuring your email drip sequence, you will want to upload/add a list of contacts for your campaign(s)! 


Adding contacts to your Gather Reviews Campaign is simple and takes just a couple of minutes. We have two options to add contacts to your campaign. 

  • Upload a list of contacts via CSV format to each campaign
    • “Select File” to upload in CSV format
    • Download Sample CSV File for formatting requirements
    • Assign headers to your list for mapping
    • Custom filed can be used for products, services, etc.

    • Map the CSV "Headers" to the Fields then "Import" your list 

  • Add Contacts
    • Manually add your contact one by one with the following fields
      • First Name
      • Last Name
      • Email
      • Phone
      • Custom Field
