How do I respond to a Review?
We've made responding to reviews easy in the Visual Visitor dashboard!
- Navigate to the "Reviews --> Reviews Details" menu item
- Select the review you would like to view and respond to
- This will pull up your Review Details and allow you to Edit the review
- Read the full review
- Publish to your Review Display Widget
- Share on Facebook
- Go to the Review
- Respond to the Review
- By clicking "Respond" you can enter your response to the review and engage with your customers
- The response will be left as a comment under the specific review you responded to
