Setting up your companies review location is easy and takes just a few minutes!
- Start out by logging in to your dashboard https://app.visualvisitor.com/
- Navigate to the “Reviews” menu item and select “Getting Started”
- Here you will be prompted to add your location and tell us about your company
Once completed, click “Next”.
- Next, you will “Connect Your Accounts” for Facebook and Google My Business. This will allow you to post, monitor, request, and respond to reviews on your company listings.
- Authenticate with your Facebook Business Credentials
- Authenticate with your Google My Business Credentials
- Link your profile/page to the source
- Next, select your source from one of our 38 review sources provided to gather, request, monitor, and respond from.
- After configuring your review sources, its time to set up your notifications!
- Email a Daily Review Report
- Email a Weekly Review Report
- Email a Monthly Review Report
You can add additional recipients by clicking on the "+" icon.
- Click "Finish" and you're done!
*note - it can take up to an hour for your current reviews to pull in after you set up your location.
