Visual
Visitor is available through the Vendasta marketplace, allowing Vendasta
resellers to provision Visual Visitor web identification services for their
clients directly from the Vendasta platform.
How the integration works
· Account
provisioning: Resellers activate Visual Visitor for a client
through the Vendasta Marketplace. This creates a Visual Visitor sub-account
linked to the reseller's master account.
· Dashboard
access: Clients access their Visual Visitor dashboard
through the Vendasta Business App or via the Vendasta-hosted portal, depending
on your white-label setup.
· Webhook
integration: To push identified visitor data from Visual
Visitor into the Vendasta Business App CRM, configure a Zapier webhook. Use
Zapier's Catch Hook for Visual Visitor data and route it to the Vendasta CRM
via the Vendasta Zapier app or API.
Selling Visual Visitor through Vendasta
When
using Vendasta as your sales channel:
· Use Vendasta's Marketplace as the primary
channel for client orders — do not create standalone Visual Visitor accounts
outside of Vendasta for clients on this program.
· Billing is managed through Vendasta.
Contact your Vendasta account rep if billing discrepancies appear between
Vendasta and Visual Visitor.
B2B vs. B2C identification
Visual
Visitor supports both B2B (+Employee) and B2C (+Person) identification. When
provisioning a Vendasta client, specify which plan type (B2B or B2C) is
appropriate for the client's use case. Service-based local businesses typically
use B2C. B2B companies targeting other businesses by job title and company use
the B2B (+Employee) plan.
