How to Update Your Reseller Logo and Branding in the Dashboard

How to Update Your Reseller Logo and Branding in the Dashboard

As a reseller, you can white-label the Visual Visitor dashboard with your own logo and brand name. Updating these settings can be done from within your reseller portal.

Info
Please visit our Reseller Settings article for a video guide on how to update your White Label settings.

Steps

Changing Your Logo

1.     Log in to your reseller portal.

2.     Navigate to Reseller > Reseller Settings.

3.     Look for the Branding section, which contains an "Upload Image" option.

4.     Upload your logo file. The recommended image dimensions are 300 x 65 pixels. If you do not have your logo at the exact 300 x 65-pixel dimensions, most image editing tools (or free online tools) can resize it quickly.
Alert
Logos outside the recommended dimensions will appear distorted in the dashboard header.

5.     Save the settings. The new logo should appear within a few seconds; if not, perform a hard refresh (Ctrl+F5 / Cmd+Shift+R). The logo will also appear in branded email reports.

Supported File Formats

Common image formats are accepted:

·       PNG (recommended for logos with transparent backgrounds)

Requesting Support Assistance

If you encounter difficulty uploading your logo, you can send the image file (at 300 x 65 pixels) to support@visualvisitor.com and request that they upload it on your behalf.

Other Branding Settings

In addition to the logo, Reseller Settings also includes options to customize:

·       Colors and style elements (depending on your reseller plan).

See the Reseller Settings article in the knowledge base for a full overview of available configurations.
