How to Upgrade Your Plan or Add Credits Mid-Month

Upgrading or Adjusting Your Visual Visitor Plan

Your account needs may change throughout a billing cycle. You may run low on identification credits, need additional Who to Contact credits, or wish to move to a different plan tier. This article explains the available options.


Upgrading Identification Credits

If you reach your monthly visitor identification limit before your billing reset, you have two options:

Enable Overage

Overage allows Visual Visitor to continue processing identifications beyond your monthly limit at a per-identification rate.

You can:

You may also set a maximum overage cap.

Upgrade Your Plan

If you regularly reach your monthly limit, upgrading to a higher plan tier may be the best long-term solution.

To request a plan upgrade, contact your account representative or  support@visualvisitor.com



Upgrading Who to Contact Credits

Who to Contact (contact lookup) credits can be increased mid-cycle as needed.

Please contact: support@visualvisitor.com to request additional credits and pricing.


Temporary Downgrades or Mid-Cycle Adjustments

If you temporarily increase your plan and later need to reduce it, billing adjustments can be arranged through the support team.

Please contact: support@visualvisitor.com to coordinate timing and account changes.


Resending an Expired Plan Agreement

If a plan agreement expired before it was signed, support can resend an updated copy.

Please email: support@visualvisitor.com with:

  • your account name, and
  • a request to have the agreement reissued.

Annual Plan Changes

For annual agreements, most plan changes take effect at renewal unless otherwise approved.
