Your account needs may change throughout a billing cycle. You may run low on identification credits, need additional Who to Contact credits, or wish to move to a different plan tier. This article explains the available options.
If you reach your monthly visitor identification limit before your billing reset, you have two options:
Overage allows Visual Visitor to continue processing identifications beyond your monthly limit at a per-identification rate.

If you regularly reach your monthly limit, upgrading to a higher plan tier may be the best long-term solution.
Who to Contact (contact lookup) credits can be increased mid-cycle as needed.
If you temporarily increase your plan and later need to reduce it, billing adjustments can be arranged through the support team.
If a plan agreement expired before it was signed, support can resend an updated copy.
For annual agreements, most plan changes take effect at renewal unless otherwise approved.
