Lead Handling Rules

Each user has the ability to adjust their notification rules, territory rules and watch/exclude list under the "Lead Handling" tab within the dashboard.


"Notification Rules" 

  • Manage instant email alerts settings
  • Set notifications based on how many pages are viewed
  • Manage Daily/Weekly Report settings
  • Turn on/off "Watch List" email alerts
  • Set up "URL Email Alerts" 

"Territory Rules" 

  • Adjust "US Territory Assignments"
    - Restrict your lead notifications alerts for specific US states
  • Adjust "International Territory Assignments"
    - Restrict your lead notifications alerts for countries

"Watch/Exclude Rules" 

  • Add companies to your "Watch List" to be instantly notified when they enter your website
  • Add companies to your "Exclude List" to turn off instant email notifications for that prospect
