Login As your Client Function
Login As Function
If your customer has a question about his or her account, you have two options: you can rely on the customer to send over a screenshot or you can login to the account yourself.
This process, known as our Login As (impersonate) feature, allows you to access and customize your customers' accounts...and the best part is, you can do it with the click of a button.
To login in as a customer, all you have to do is:
1. Visit the Reseller > Customer tab and look for the account.
You can search by name using the search bar at the top.
This will allow you to impersonate the account exactly as your customer would. In other words, you have the ability to monitor their data, customize their dashboard, add new users, and more.
