Moving a Client Account Between Reseller Portals or to a Standalone Account

At this time, Visual Visitor is unable to transfer existing direct accounts into a reseller dashboard.

If a new reseller client was previously an active direct customer of Visual Visitor, a new account/dashboard must be created under the reseller environment.

Prior to set-up, please have the client contact Visual Visitor Support ( support@visualvisitor.com ) to confirm cancellation of their direct account and review any applicable contractual obligations. Once confirmed, our Support team will also release the email addresses on file so they may be reused within the reseller account.
