Payment Not Processing?

Payment not processing? 

There could be a couple reasons for this. 
  1. Expired/Outdated Card
  2. Bank Hold
  3. Incorrect information (card holder name verses company name) when updating
Information on updating your Credit Card information can be found, here.

If the information on your card is correct and up-to-date, you may need to reach out to your bank to make sure there are no holds on the account.

You can always contact your Sales Rep or reach out to our support team to assist in updating your billing info.
