Reseller Consumer (+Person) Customer Activity Report
The Consumer (+Person) Customer Activity Report gives you an in-depth look at your consumer plan settings and identified visitors.
📊 +Person Customer Activity Report Overview:
- Maximum number of identified visitors (i.e. the budget you set per account)
- Cost per identification
- Number of identified "paid" visitors after the free trial
- Number of identified "free" visitors during the free trial
Unsure how to run the report? Simply follow the steps listed below.
1. Under the Reseller tab, click Reseller Reports.
2. Click Run Consumer (+Person) Customer Activity Report
3. This report will now appear
To change the data range, click on the arrow next to the month at the top.
4. To download the report
Click on the yellow excel button.
5. You should now be able to open and download the file.
