The “Review Dashboard” will provide you with an overview of your current reviews for any and all locations configured in the system for the date range selected.
This is broken down into the following categories.
- Average Rating
- Review by Rating
- Total Number of Reviews
- Total Reviews
- Positive (4 & 5- stars reviews)
- Neutral (3-stars reviews)
- Negative (1 & 2-stars reviews)
- Email Request
- Total Number of Email Request
- Email Request Opened
- Email Request Clicked
- Reviews Listed by Source
