Reviews Details Overview
The “Review Details” section provides you with a centralized list of all the websites where customers have left reviews, feedback, and ratings for the business/location(s) configured. Allowing you to respond, share, and publish in a timely manner to maintain and manage your online reputation.
Filter by:
- Location – Select the dropdown to choose your location
- Date Range – Choose your date range and “Update”
- Published – View “All”, “Published” or “Not Published” reviews
- Shared – View “All”, “Shared” or “Not Shared” reviews
- Rating – Select your “Rating” from the dropdown for view
- Sources – Choose your list of “Sources”
- Response – View “All”, “Responded To” or “Not Responded” from the dropdown to view
