Troubleshooting a Failed Connector

Red indicator / connector failing:

  1. Verify the API key has Full Access permissions. This is the most common cause of failure for Klaviyo, especially.
  2. Confirm the API key has not been rotated or deleted in the connected account since it was added.
  3. Check that your connected account is active and not in a restricted state.
  4. Re-enter the API key in the connector settings even if it appears to be saved — refreshing the key entry can resolve cached credential issues.

Notes
If you're using Klaviyo, the API may periodically expire forcing you to generate a new one.

Correct list not appearing during setup:

  1. Ensure the lists you want to use are already created in Klaviyo before configuring the connector. The connector pulls available lists at configuration time.

Trigger behavior:

  1. Data is sent to your chosen platform each time a visitor is identified on your website. The connector requires the trigger flow to be active.
