To receive your Lead Reactivation Alerts your Real-Time Alerts need to be turned on. 

When you receive a Lead Reactivation Alert, log in to your Visual Visitor dashboard and visit the Lead Reactivation section.

There, you’ll see which leads are now back in the market and ready for follow-up. Use the information provided in your CRM to contact and re-engage these leads directly.
