When you receive a Lead Reactivation Alert, log in to your Visual Visitor dashboard and visit the Lead Reactivation section.
There, you’ll see which leads are now back in the market and ready for follow-up. Use the information provided in your CRM to contact and re-engage these leads directly.

Visual Visitor does not take any further action with these leads—reaching out is up to you.
