Vendasta partners who use Visual
Visitor sometimes encounter an issue where the
"New Account Message" or onboarding email link sent to new clients
does not successfully open the Visual Visitor dashboard.
Why
the Email Link May Not Work
The "New Account Message"
email sent through the Vendasta platform contains a link intended to direct the
client to their Visual Visitor dashboard. In some cases, this link does not
correctly authenticate the user or passes through a redirect that fails to
establish a session.
Correct
Access Method for Vendasta Clients

Vendasta clients should access
their Visual Visitor dashboard through the Vendasta Business App, not directly
via the email link.
To do this:
1. Log into the Vendasta Business App using your Vendasta credentials.
2. From the Business App, navigate to the Visual Visitor option.
3. Clicking the product tile opens the Visual Visitor dashboard
within the Vendasta environment.
Adding
Users in Vendasta (Not Directly in Visual Visitor)

New users for Vendasta-based
accounts must be created within the Vendasta platform. Visual Visitor does not
have direct access to Vendasta client user fields.
When adding a new user:
1. Log in to your Vendasta partner platform.
2. Add the user with their First Name, Last Name, and Email
Address.
3. Once created in Vendasta, the user will have access to the
Visual Visitor dashboard through the Business App.

The First and Last name fields MUST be filled out, or the user will not be able to login.
If
the Client Cannot Access the Business App
• Confirm the client has
received their Vendasta Business App invitation and completed account setup in
Vendasta.
• Verify the email address
matches exactly what was entered during Vendasta user creation.
• Have the client check
their spam folder for the Vendasta invitation email.
• Contact your Vendasta
partner support channel if Vendasta login issues persist.
Still
Having Issues?
Contact Visual Visitor support at support@visualvisitor.com with the Vendasta Partner Company, Company Name using the platform,
and the affected account name or user email. The team can verify the account
provisioning on the Visual Visitor side.
