Visual Visitor Call Tracking Reports

Now that you have signed up for Call Tracking, it’s time to start looking at the numbers. Let’s go over a few of the standard reports that Visual Visitor provides to help you not only understand your calls, but also improve your calls. These reports call all be found on your Visual Visitor dashboard and are included in your Call Tracking feature set.

Call Detail Report

This report will show the call information from your campaigns. Use this report to understand the details of each call during this period. The date range is set to one week by default. This report includes the following:

  • Date
  • Campaign
  • Call From
  • Call Sent To
  • FTC (First Time Caller)
  • Duration
  • Rating
  • Tags
  • Notes

Call Volume Report

This report will show the call volume of your campaigns. Use this report to understand which days and hours of the day are producing the highest volume of calls. The date range is set to one week by default. This report includes the following:

  • Graph of the Call Volume by Day of the Week
  • Graph of the Call Volume by Hour
  • Date
  • Campaign
  • Call From
  • Sent To
  • FTC
  • Duration
  • Rating
  • Tags
  • Notes

Campaign Summary Report

This report will show the performance of each of your call tracking campaigns. Use this report to see the performance of each of your campaigns. The date range is set to one week by default. This report includes the following:

  • Campaign Name
  • Average Talk Time
  • Longest Call
  • Total Talk Minutes
  • First Time Caller
  • Total Calls

Call Detail Report

This report will show the call information from your campaigns. Use this report to understand the details of each call during this period. The date range is set to one week by default. This report includes the following:

  • Date
  • Campaign
  • Call From
  • Call Sent To

Call Tracking Raw Data Report

This report will show raw call tracking data for your campaigns. Use this report for further analysis of your inbound call activity. The date range is set to one week by default. This report includes the following:

  • Forwarded To
  • Caller Id Name
  • Caller Id City
  • Caller Id State
  • Call Successful
  • FTC?

Even though it seems that everything we do is done online, the phone is still medium that businesses should put at the top of the importance list.
