When using any of the plugins or extensions provided by Visual Visitor, the last step after downloading is authentication. When authenticating, you will need to use your Visual Visitor credentials. These are the same credentials you use to access your Visual Visitor account. 

Once authenticated, your plugin/extension will be live and ready to use!
