Why does my daily report show all of the page requests from a company but the instant email alert shows less?

The instant alert email waits about 5 minutes from the first request before sending out the alert to the customer. This is done intentionally so that the alert will show more information and therefore allow for a better understanding of the visitor's activity.  It is possible that the visitor clicked on one page and then left suddenly, or that the visitor was on the site past the 5-minute mark.  We have found that the majority of visits can be fully documented at or around 5 minutes.
