Zoho Direct Integration

Visual Visitor can now push lead information straight to Zoho! To set up this feature for Zoho, follow the steps below for each individual user on your account.


  • Login to app.visualvisitor.com
  • Navigate to “My Account” on the left-hand navigation panel
  • Select “CRM Integration”
  • Select “Enable CRM Integration”





  • Choose “Zoho” from the drop-down menu and select “Link Account”





  • Next, you will be asked to authenticate with your Zoho credentials. If you are already logged into Zoho, you will be asked to “Accept"






  • Now, select "Update My CRM Integration". Once completed, you will need to log out of the dashboard and then back in to see your change take place. 





Below is how to create a lead in Zoho.


  • Navigate to the "Leads" tab and select "Search Leads"
  • Click on a Lead
  • This will open the "Prospect Information" screen. You will see a "CRM" icon just below the "Company Name"
  • Click the "CRM" icon and your Lead will be created in Zoho
