Adding Known Companies to the +Employee Platform

Known Companies in the Visual Visitors +Employee Platform

The Visual Visitors +Employee platform is designed to help you focus on the companies that matter most by leveraging ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) definition filters. This functionality now includes the ability to suppress company-level identification.

What does it do when you add to your Known Companies?

Once a company is added to the Known Company menu they will still show up on your dashboard.
When this company visits your website after they've been added alerts will no longer be sent of their activity.

Info
Company level identification does not cost an identification.

Access the Filters:

Navigate to the Configuration menu.
Select Known Company.

From here you can:

  1. Upload the list of companies you wish to add by Upload List
  2. or Select Actions and Add Company Name.

Actions - Add Company Name

Alert
If using the adding company feature add one company name per line.
