This guide will walk you through the initial setup to ensure your AI Sales Rep is perfectly tailored to your brand and ready to interact with your website visitors effectively.

1. Company Information

First, provide essential company information. This data will be used for the primary contacts associated with each domain: the Registrant, Administrative, and Technical contacts. We handle the payment for the domains on your behalf, ensuring that all registered domains are officially owned by you. To enhance privacy, the domains are registered using Private Registration, and you hold 100% ownership of all registered domain names.

Next, set up your AI Sales Rep's profile to align with your brand's identity and ensure a personalized experience for your visitors.

Profile Details:

  • Select Gender: Male
  • First Name: John
  • Last Name: Smith
  • Company Website: https://abccorp.com
    • Be Sure to click on "Test Website" to confirm the website input is valid.
  • Sales Phone: 555-555-5555
    • This is the destination call tracking number that calls will be forwarded to.
    • Ideal for the Main Sales Phone Number
  • Use Company Address in the Email Signature
    • Company Address



3. Triggers

Configure the triggers that determine when and how your AI Sales Rep will engage with your visitors. This ensures that interactions are timely and relevant, enhancing the visitor's experience on your website.

Visitor Type:

  • New Visitor (Check box) - If you wish to trigger emails to new website visitors.
  • Returning Visitor (Check box) - If you wish to trigger emails to returning website visitors.
  • Known Customer (Check box) - If you wish to trigger emails to website visitors that are on your Known Customer List.

  • New Visitor: A visitor who has been identified for the first time since the AI Sales Rep feature was enabled
  • Return Visitor: A visitor who has completed a previous life cycle and has now started a new one..

Trigger Messages:

  • If a visitor views (x number of pages) or more on your website
    • For example, if you want to trigger the email life cycle if a website visitor visits 3 or more pages of your website.
  • (Or) If the page visited includes any of the following text
    • Or configure your email life cycle to trigger if the website visitor views "X" number of pages OR a specific page of your website. 
    • Input part of the URL: I.e.
      • pricing
      • marketing
      • website design  

Ignore Trigger:

  • If the page visited includes any of the following text
    • Input part of the URL: I.e.
      • blog
      • careers



4. Schedule

Configure your message handling and scheduling to ensure optimal engagement with your prospects. Proper scheduling helps in managing communication efficiently and respecting the prospect's time.

Message Result Handling:

  • Prioritize New Messages: Ensure that new messages are attended to promptly.
  • Do Not Send Additional Follow-ups Once the Prospect Has Replied: Avoid redundant follow-ups to respect the prospect's response.
  • Consider an Out-of-Office Response as a Reply: Recognize automated out-of-office responses to adjust follow-up schedules accordingly.

Message Window:

  • Set the Working Hours of Your AI Sales Agent: Define specific time frames during which your AI Sales Rep will be active.
  • Time Zone: Select the appropriate time zone for your operations.
  • Only Share Email During This Time Slot: Restrict email sharing to within the defined working hours. Leave the day unchecked if you do not wish to send emails on specific days, like weekends for example.

  • Create the First Initial Message: Craft an engaging initial message to start the interaction.
  • Add Additional Follow Up Messages as needed: Copy the initial message template or create a new email.

Handling Return Visitors After the Last Email Life Cycle Has Ended:

  • Do Not Send New Messages
  • Start a New Life Cycle When They Visit Again
  • Only Start a New Email Life Cycle if the Visitor Revisits After "X" Number of Days: Specify the number of days.

Handling Visitors Added to Known Customers:

  • Continue with Message Life Cycle, Do Nothing
  • Remove Visitor from the Message Life Cycle, Stop Sending Emails to This Visitor
