How Can I Setup AI Alerts Without Visual Visitor Alerts?

Live lead notifications are a critical feature for staying informed about potential opportunities. However, we understand that these alerts can sometimes become overwhelming. Many users choose to turn them off, but it's important to note that this is also where alerts from your AI Sales Rep are triggered.

Both AI Sales Rep Alerts and Live Lead Notification Alerts are managed through the same settings, allowing you to customize how and when you receive updates.

How to Customize AI Alerts Without Receiving Visual Visitor Alerts

If you want to continue receiving critical AI Sales Rep notifications without being overwhelmed by general lead alerts, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Visual Visitor Dashboard and navigate to the Configuration menu and select Users
   
2. From your User select the blue edit button and select Notification Rules
   
3. Adjust the pages of your Send Instant Alerts and that to 50
   
4. Update User
   

Configuration -> Users-> Edit User -> Notification Rules- >Adjust Pages to 50 -> Update User

This will stop the Live Lead Notifications and you should only receive AI Sales Rep notifications.
