How Do My Contact Credits Work?
Our B2B plan offers a specific amount of credits, designed to meet your needs. These credits are a key part of accessing our services.
Here's how it works:
- Credit Allocation: Each plan comes with a set amount of credits. These credits are allocated - either annually or monthly.
This flexibility allows you to tailor the credit usage according to your usage patterns.
- Shared Credits: The credits are shared among all users on the platform.
- Tracking Credits: To keep you informed of your credit usage, the remaining credit balance is prominently displayed at the top of your 'Who to Contact Search Contact' field. This feature ensures that you are always aware of your current credit status and can plan your usage accordingly.
If you are an admin on the account, you can also find the credit usage under: Billing- Audit Log.
Remember, managing your credits effectively ensures uninterrupted access to the Who to Contact database.
Credits will be allocated back to you if the real-time email confidence score comes back 40 or below.
