The AI Sales Rep is a separate add-on feature within the Visual Visitor platform. You can cancel or pause the AI Sales Rep independently without affecting your core visitor identification service. This is useful if you want to reduce costs during a slow period or if a reseller client no longer needs automated email sequences.
What Happens When You Cancel AI Sales Rep
- Outbound email sequences stop immediately (no new emails are sent).
- The billing adjustment for the AI Sales Rep add-on is applied to your next invoice.
- Your visitor identification, reports, and all other platform features continue uninterrupted.

You can pause your AI Sales Rep if you know you will want to restart it in the future by turning off the schedule.
How to Request Cancellation
AI Sales Rep cancellation is currently processed by the Visual Visitor support team.
To cancel:
2. Include your account name (or account email) and confirm the effective date you want it stopped.
3. The team will terminate the AI Sales Rep schedule and confirm the billing change in reply.

If you decide to reactivate your rep - we will need to restart the warm up process from the beginning.
For Resellers Canceling on Behalf of a Client
If you are a reseller managing multiple client accounts:
1. Email support and specify the client account name or account ID.
2. Confirm whether you want AI Sales Rep removed from just that client or across multiple accounts.
3. Support will process each cancellation and update billing per account.
Timing and Billing
- Cancellations submitted before your billing cycle renews will prevent the AI Sales Rep charge from appearing on the next invoice.
- If your plan bills the AI Sales Rep as a bundled line item, the team may need to restructure your plan; ask support to confirm the final cost before confirming.
Reactivating AI Sales Rep
If you decide to restart the AI Sales Rep later, contact support or your assigned product specialist.

Your warm up process will have to start from scratch.
