How to Reactivate a Visual Visitor Account with Incomplete Billing

If a Visual Visitor account has lapsed due to incomplete or failed billing, you will need to update the payment information.  

Warning
If your account was shutdown due to non-payment please call us or email support@visualvisitor.com to have your account turned back on.

For direct (non-reseller) accounts

 

  1. Log in to your Visual Visitor account.

 

  1. Go to Billing > Payment Method.

 

  1. Update your credit card or payment information.

 

  1. Click Reactivate Account (or Resume Subscription).
  2. Or - give us a call


Accounts with lapsed billing may lose access to historical visitor data collected during the inactive period depending on how long the account was inactive. Historical data is retained for a period after lapse but may not be recoverable after extended inactivity.

Resending the setup email: If a new user needs to receive their account setup or password email after reactivation, go to Configuration > Installation and use the Resend Setup Email feature to send the instructions to the appropriate email address.

If you are unable to reactivate through the dashboard, contact Visual Visitor Support directly with the account email address and the team can assist with manual reactivation.
