How to Use Lead Reactivation
Adding your previous leads into Lead Reactivation.
Starting from your Visual Visitor dashboard go to:
- Person-Level Ads - Lead Reactivation - Actions - Upload List or Add Lead
- Add your leads or upload your list and you're done!
If you're uploading a list, use the Sample CSV file to coordinate your headers.
Find the Sample CSV attached.
To Search Active Leads:
Under Lead Activation - Search Criteria select Active Leads and click Search. This will show you which previously imported leads are re-engaging.
If you do not have the Person-Level Ads menu, reach out to our team for information on adding Person-Level Ads to your plan.
