Overview

The Lead ReActivation feature helps your team stay engaged with previously cold leads, or previous customers. Once leads go dormant, it can be difficult and time-consuming to know when (or if) they re-enter the customer journey. This tool eliminates the guesswork and manual effort by alerting you when dormant leads return to the market.


What Does Lead ReActivation Do?

  • Allows you to upload lists of old/dormant leads into the platform

  • Continuously monitors those leads for renewed activity

  • Sends alerts when any lead on your list becomes active again by rejoining the In-Market audience

These alerts are exclusive to your brand—you will be the only one notified when a former lead is back in the market.

How to Upload Dormant Leads

  1. Export your dormant lead list from your CRM

  2. Format it using the required headers: EmailAddressFirstNameLastName

  3. Navigate to the Lead ReActivation section in the platform (under your In-Market Stage menu)

  4. Upload the file directly from your system

  5. Once uploaded, the platform will begin monitoring for reactivation events.

    Cost and Credit Usage

    1. This feature is included at no extra cost as part of your subscription.
    2. There is no credit consumption for uploading or monitoring dormant leads.

    What Happens When a Dormant Lead Becomes In-Market?

    1. You will receive a Daily Alert notifying you when Dormant Leads become active.
