Export your dormant lead list from your CRM
Format it using the required headers: EmailAddress, FirstName, LastName
Navigate to the Lead ReActivation section in the platform (under your In-Market Stage menu)
Upload the file directly from your system
Once uploaded, the platform will begin monitoring for reactivation events.
