When Does my Dashboard Reset?

The dashboard within Visual Visitor is designed to reset on a monthly basis. This process ensures that your lead capture system starts fresh at the beginning of each month, allowing you to focus on new opportunities and maintain accurate metrics.

How and When It Works

  1. Reset Timing: On the 1st of every month, the lead capture count on your dashboard will automatically reset to 0.
  2. New Start: From that point forward, the system will begin capturing leads for the new month, providing a clean slate for tracking and analysis.

Why the Reset Happens

This functionality is intended to streamline your monthly reporting and performance assessments. By resetting, you can:

  1. Focus on new, incoming leads without overlap from previous months.
  2. Simplify data comparisons and month-over-month performance reviews.
  3. Maintain a consistent, organized dashboard experience.

What to Keep in Mind

  1. The reset applies only to the lead count displayed on your dashboard for the month. Historical data and previously captured leads remain intact and can be accessed via your reports or the Lead menu.
  2. The reset is automatic—there’s no action required on your end.
