Using the Need Help Menu

Have you used the Need Help Menu in your Visual Visitor dashboard?

After logging into: app.visualvisitor.com
On the left hand side of your menu at the very bottom is: Need Help







This Need Help menu gives you quick and easy access to all of our Knowledge-Based Articles to help assist in any guidance or functionality issues you may need. We want to make sure you are getting the most out of your Visual Visitor experience from integration to understanding your leads.
