The Unified Mailbox is a central hub where you can view all incoming and outgoing emails managed by your AI Sales Rep.
Centralized Email Management: Access all received and sent emails from your AI Sales Rep in one place.
Direct Response Capability: Respond as your AI Sales Rep directly from the Unified Mailbox.
Team Collaboration: Add colleagues to the email thread, allowing for collaborative responses when needed.
Forwarding Functionality: Forward emails outside of the Unified Mailbox to keep external contacts in the loop or escalate to higher support when necessary.
Log into your Visual Visitor dashboard.
Go to your AI Sales Rep menu.
Navigate to the Unified Mailbox tab.
Here you will see a list of all email interactions managed by your AI Sales Rep.
Respond as AI Rep: Click on any email to open it. You can type and send a response that appears to come directly from your AI Sales Rep.
Adding Others to the Thread: Use the 'To, Cc, or Bcc' option to include additional team members or contacts.
Forwarding Emails: Select the forward option and enter the external email address where you want to send the message.
Regularly check your Unified Mailbox to stay up to date on AI-driven conversations.
Use the forwarding function to loop in human reps when a person responds.
Collaborate efficiently by adding relevant team members to ongoing conversations.
Turn on your Notification Alerts to be notified when a recipient is interested.
