Updating Your Payment

Do you need to update your credit card? 

We make it easy to update directly from your dashboard. 

To access the Billing Menu you must have Admin status.


Step 1: 

Navigate to your dashboard and go to Billing from your menu.







Step 2:

Select Billing Info.







Step 3:

Above the credit card, select Update Card.







Step 4:

Input your credit card information, and select Update Card.







You will see the credit card information update in the card image in the upper right hand corner. 

If your card is up-to-date, but you're experiencing processing issues, click here to learn more about why your payment may not be going through.

If you do not have admin access, but you've been tasked with updating the card you can contact your Sales Rep to assist with the update, or submit a support ticket. We are always happy to assist.
