Visual Visitor offers different levels of user permissions within the platform. Each user level determines which menus and features are accessible.

User Levels in Visual Visitor
Visual Visitor has two user roles:
- Admin
- User
When a new Visual Visitor account is created, the account owner is automatically assigned as the Primary Admin.
Admin Permissions
Admins have full access to the platform, including account-level settings.
- Create new users
- Edit existing users
- Access the Billing menu
- Update billing information
- Access the Configuration menu
- Access all menus and features included in the account’s plan
The Configuration menu contains account-wide settings (such as State Filters or ICP Definitions).
Changes made here will affect how visitor identifications are processed across the entire account.
User Permissions
Standard Users have limited access to protect account-wide settings.
A User can:
- Edit their own user profile
- Access features included in the account’s plan (for example: Person-Level Ads, AI Sales Rep, AI Sales Coach)
A User cannot:
- Create or manage other users
- Access the Billing menu
- Access the Configuration menu
- Edit other users’ profiles
