Reseller User Permissions

Visual Visitor Reseller accounts have multiple permission levels to support account management, client access, and security. Each role determines which menus, features, and client accounts are accessible.

Reseller User Levels

Reseller accounts include three permission levels (for your main host account):
  1. Reseller Admin
  2. Admin
  3. User

Reseller Admin Permissions

Reseller Admins have the highest level of access across the reseller environment.
These users have full control over the main reseller account and all associated client (sub) accounts.

A Reseller Admin can:
  1. Create free trials
  2. Edit client accounts 
  3. Impersonate client accounts
  4. Create new users
  5. Edit existing users
  6. Access the Billing menu
  7. Update billing information
  8. Access the Configuration menu
  9. Access all menus and features included in the main account’s plan

There are no access restrictions for Reseller Admins.

Admin Permissions

Admins have full access to the main reseller account only, but do not have visibility or control over client accounts.


An Admin can:
  1. Create new users 
  2. Edit existing users 
  3. Access the Billing menu
  4. Update billing information
  5. Access the Configuration menu
  6. Access all menus and features included in the main account’s plan
An Admin cannot:
  1. Access client (sub) accounts
  2. Create free trials
  3. Create new accounts

Info
The Configuration menu contains account-wide settings (such as State Filters or ICP Definitions).
Changes made here will affect how visitor identifications are processed across the entire account.

User Permissions

Standard Users have limited access to protect account-wide settings.


A User can: 
  1. Edit their own user profile
  2. Access features included in the account’s plan (for example: Person-Level Ads, AI Sales Rep, AI Sales Coach)

A User cannot:
  1. Create or manage other users
  2. Access the Billing menu
  3. Access the Configuration menu
  4. Edit other users’ profiles
  5. Access client (sub) accounts
  6. Create free trials
  7. Create new accounts
