Why is the location pin incorrect?

Google encrypts the location of its email users. Consequently, when you track email recipients who use G-Suite, the location pin will reflect the nearest Google server, not the visitor's exact location. If an email recipient uses Outlook instead, the location pin will reflect the recipient's general location.
