Building Out Your Email List in Who to Contact

Building Out Your Email List in Who to Contact

Are you building out your email list in Who to Contact?

Great!

Are you using the Real Time Email Confidence Score to assess who you are sending it to?

Let us tell you why you should use the Real Time Confidence Score.
- Benefit....does that contact still work there???
- If the score comes back below 40, you get an automatic credit back.

The Email Confidence Score and the Historical Score show up in two different ways.
  1. Inside the Who to Contact Database next to the contact email after it's been saved
  2. In your CSV or Excel Spreadsheet after it has been saved from your Saved Contacts

The Real Time Email Score:

The real time email score is a paramount piece to the success of your deliverability.

When saving a contact, or exporting your saved contacts you will be given both a Historical Email Score and an Email Confidence Score. These numbers can be the same, or they can be different.
The biggest puzzle piece here is the email score, this is the real-time validation. This score helps to evaluate which emails are up-to-date.

Here is an example of what the Real Time Score will look like under a contact in the database.

Here is an example of what the Historical Score will look like under a contact in the database.

After you have exported your saved contacts, the Real Time and Historical Score will be downloaded into the spreadsheet along with the other contact information provided. That will look like this:

As you can see above, there are two rows one for the Email Confidence and one for the Historical Score.

This is an example of a contact we believe is highly deliverable. We are checking the Email Confidence Score for this.

The Historical Score is a reflection of the score that came to us when it was last checked. You can see that row here:

As you can see, sometimes the score can come back lower than it was originally captured.

If your real time score comes back 40 or below, you will be given that credit back.
You will still have access to the contact, but reaching out is at your discretion.
