As a Visual Visitor reseller, you can customize the reporting and
branding experience for each of your clients to present a cohesive white-label
product. Here is what you can customize and how.
White-label branding
· Logo and colors: Upload your agency's
(or client's) logo and set brand colors in Reseller
Settings > Branding. These appear on the client's dashboard login page
and report headers.
· Custom login URL: Use your white-label
subdomain (e.g., visitors.youragency.com) for all client logins. Clients never
see the Visual Visitor domain in the browser address bar.
· Email sender name: Customize the sender
name used in automated email notifications sent to your clients (e.g., alert
emails sent by Your Agency rather than Visual Visitor).
We will edit the sender email on your behalf as part of your onboarding process.
Per-client reporting
customization
· Alert frequency: Set whether each client
receives real-time, daily, or weekly visitor alerts based on their preference.
· ICP-filtered views: Configure each
client's ICP so their dashboard only surfaces relevant visitors - no setup is
shared between sub-accounts.
· Custom activity reports: The Reseller
Consumer (+Person) Customer Activity Report lets you generate branded PDF or
email reports showing visitor identification activity for each client. See
Reseller
Consumer (+Person) Customer Activity Report for details.
Client-facing access
levels
Decide whether each client should have direct dashboard access or
whether you will manage everything on their behalf:
· Client has access: Create a User or
Admin role for the client inside their sub-account. They log in directly to
their branded dashboard.
You impersonate by logging in as the client by using the
Reseller > Customers > Unlock. How to login as your client. 🔗 · Agency manages on behalf: Create an alias email (bobsmit+newcompany@yourcompany.com) when creating your client account. We recommend allowing client access for them to get the most use, but we understand different use cases.
You can not use the same email address for multiple accounts. This can confuse the system. An alias is recommended, or alternate email address.
