How to monitor competitor engagement
When you launch a Custom Shopping Campaign, you can enter your competitors as a trigger. What does this mean? Every time a business that matches your filters engages with your competitors, our crawlers will take notice.
How do you monitor your competitors?
Go to Who's Shopping > Leads
The score on the right hand side indicates how many times the lead has engaged with your competitors/keywords. To view a breakdown of their score (including their interactions with your competitors), click on the business name.
Click on intent signals. Their interactions with your competitors will be listed below.
